2. Charges for Pick-up and Delivery (Transportation Cost + Handling Fee)
Charges for pick-up and delivery (one way) depend on distance, nature of tasks, etc. Please contact us for more detail.
3. Handling Fee (for carry-in)
If you would like to directly carry your goods to our offices, we charge handling fee for the first carry-in and at the end of the contract (upon your pick-up). The charge is 3,150yen for normal business hours, and 5,250yen for off-business hours.
4. Movement of Goods During the Contract Period
You are free to take your things in and out anytime. Please call us before you come. There is no charge for such movement up to four times per year. Subsequent movement requires 1,050yen (inclusive of tax) each time.
5. Discount of Charges
The following discounts are available:
○ For lump-sum payment, we discount container charges by:
□ 10% for the contract of 12 months or more
□ 5% for the contract of 6 months or more
○ For a multiple container contract for 5 containers or more, discount of 5% is applicable to monthly container charge
6. Property Insurance
All container-stored goods are covered by property insurance for your comfort and security. Insurance fee is included in the container charge (insurance up to one million yen per container). If you wish additional insurance, please contact us anytime (it requires additional insurance fee).
7. Others
・ All containers are stored in our storage. We neither rent nor store containers outdoor.
・ Please bring "Storage Space User Certificate" with you when you use storage to move your goods or terminate the contract.
・ Packaging materials such as cardboard boxes and bags for futons are available for sale
・ Special services such as movement of pianos and air conditioners (incl. re-installment) are also available upon request.
